Tour Terms & Conditions:
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to change.
• We accept payment via direct bank deposit, paypal, MasterCard or Visa – fees apply for cc.
• Passengers must be at pick up points at the designated time.
• We reserve the right to alter or change vehicles and itinerary.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• Tour prices are calculated based on agreed numbers. If numbers change, this may alter the amount per person.
• Full payment is required 5 days before tour.
Tour Cancellation Policy:
• More than 14 days prior to tour, full refund less $30 administration fee.
• 5-14 days prior to tour – 50% refund.
• Within 5 days of tour – no refund.
Transfer Cancellation Policy:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• More than 5 days prior to transfer – 50% refund.
• Within 5 days of transfer – no refund.
• Pls note – No food or alcohol to be consumed on tour vehicles.
• Tour the Valley accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Tour the Valley is committed to protecting your privacy when you deal with us. We comply fully with the Australian National Privacy Principals set out in the Privacy Act Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.
We guarantee that the information you provide us will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided, ie, for us to contact you. We will collect your name, postal address, phone number and/or email address. Your credit card details, if taken, are not stored by us. All of your personal details are held in a secure environment. We may use your email address to contact you regarding your tour or to notify you when new tours become available. You can request to be removed from our email list at any time. We will never provide or sell any of your details to any other party.
We do not disclose personal information to any organisation or person unless you have authorised us to do so.
